OUR CLASSES

Each workout is carefully designed to effectively tone, sculpt and deliver results in 30 minutes or less. All members have unlimited access to our on-demand library and every week we release six new workouts including three follow along classes, one live community class and two express sweats.

In order to maximize your training, we recommend that you follow the Define weekly workout split broken down below, however, you are welcome to modify to what works best for you. Whether you are new to fitness, pre/postpartum or an experienced fitness guru, Define has workouts for you anytime, anywhere.

  • Monday: lower body burn

    Effectively tone your lower body with this 30 min workout designed to target your quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves.

  • Tuesday: upper body sculpt

    Sculpt your upper body with this 30 min strength workout designed to strengthen your upper body and build muscle.

  • Wednesday: full body blast (live)

    Join us for our weekly LIVE community workout! This full body class efficiently combines compound movements to tone and sculpt your entire body.

  • Thursday: arms + abs

    Sculpt your upper body and core with this 30 min workout uses compound movements and mind muscle connection.

  • Friday: express sweat

    Efficient classes ranging from 5-15 minutes that are designed to be stackable.

    Stretch and restore your body with access to warm ups, cool downs, stretching and more.
