Define is designed to create a balanced approach to your exercise and wellness routine. 

Define is much more than just a fitness app, you will establish a daily routine you genuinely look forward to. A routine that is approachable, flexible and fun! With five new follow along workouts added per week as well as one live community class, you will have unlimited access to a full library of on-demand classes.

Our classes are energizing and uplifting, and leave you feeling strong. Each week is split into the following split of upper body sculpt, lower body burn, full body blast and Express Sweats. All workouts are 30 minutes or less and designed to be stackable with one another for an added challenge. Whether you are new to fitness, pre/postpartum, or an experienced trainer, Define has workouts for you.

Our workouts focus on the fundamentals of strength training while also incorporating low impact, pilates inspired movement. we prioritize form and breathing technique to deliver effective workouts while also developing a deeper mind-body connection.
